Most of our insoles are designed to be trimmed for a perfect fit. We recommend ordering based on your standard shoe size; if you are between sizes, choose the larger size and trim the toe area using your shoe's original liner as a template.
What is your return policy for worn insoles?
We offer a 30-day comfort guarantee on most brands. If you aren't satisfied with the support or comfort after wearing them, you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
How long do typical orthotic insoles last?
Depending on usage and activity level, most high-quality insoles last between 6 to 12 months. For high-impact athletes, we recommend replacing them every 3 to 6 months to ensure optimal support.
