At The Insole Store, we want you to walk in comfort; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Place the insoles in their original retail packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box or padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
